Sacramento New Residence

The owners previously lived in a Streng-designed home (similar to an Eichler) and enjoyed the clean lines, simple details, and the indoor-outdoor feel to the house. Their new home is situated on a large plot in a semi-rural area surrounded by an open field, majestic oak trees, and a seasonal creek. Large expanses of glass, multiple indoor-outdoor seating areas, and the use of warm materials throughout create a strong connection to the calm environment and take full advantage of the ample views and bright natural light throughout the day.
